Positions available

• Lead Enzyme Discovery Scientist

  • Requirements: Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Enzymology, or a related field. Deep understanding of enzyme kinetics, mechanisms, and assay development. Proven ability to design and execute independent research projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with genomic and metagenomic databases.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years of postdoctoral research or relevant industry experience in enzyme discovery and characterization. Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding research teams.



• Protein Engineering Specialist

  • Requirements: Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on protein engineering. Expertise in techniques such as directed evolution, site-directed mutagenesis, and rational design. Familiarity with protein structure-function relationships and computational modeling tools. Strong molecular biology skills.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in protein engineering, preferably in an industrial or applied research setting. Experience with enzyme optimization for specific applications.



• Bioprocess Innovation Engineer

  • Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of bioprocess design, scale-up principles, and bioreactor operation. Experience with process optimization and data analysis. Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Work Experience: 2-5 years of experience in bioprocess development or manufacturing, ideally with experience in enzyme production. Familiarity with process analytical technology (PAT).



• Applications Development Manager

  • Requirements: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with a strong understanding of industrial applications of enzymes. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in applications development or technical sales roles within relevant industries (e.g., food, textiles, pharmaceuticals). Proven track record of successfully implementing enzyme-based solutions.



• Sustainability & Regulatory Affairs Specialist

  • Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, Biotechnology, or a related field. Knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability principles, and life cycle assessments. Experience with regulatory submissions and compliance in the biotechnology or chemical industry. Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in sustainability management or regulatory affairs within a relevant industry. Familiarity with enzyme regulations is a plus.



• Computational Biologist

  • Requirements: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field. Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R). Experience with analyzing large biological datasets (genomics, proteomics). Familiarity with enzyme databases, structural biology resources, and molecular modeling software.
  • Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in computational biology research, preferably with a focus on protein analysis or enzyme function prediction.



• Fermentation Process Technician

  • Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field. Hands-on experience with operating and maintaining fermentation equipment. Understanding of aseptic techniques and process monitoring. Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate records.
  • Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience working in a fermentation lab or production environment. Experience with different types of bioreactors is beneficial.



• Quality Control Analyst (Enzymes)

  • Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. Experience with analytical techniques used for enzyme characterization (e.g., spectrophotometry, chromatography, activity assays). Knowledge of quality control principles and GMP. Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a quality control laboratory, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. Experience with enzyme testing is a plus.



• Business Development Manager (Biocatalytic Solutions)

  • Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a scientific field with strong business acumen. Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the biotechnology or chemical industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Understanding of enzyme applications and market trends.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on technical products or solutions. Experience selling to industrial clients is highly desirable.



• Research Associate (High-Throughput Screening)

  • Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. Experience with automated liquid handling systems and laboratory robotics. Familiarity with designing and executing high-throughput assays. Strong organizational and data analysis skills.
  • Work Experience: 1-3 years of research experience, preferably involving high-throughput screening or automated laboratory workflows. Experience with data management and analysis software.
